The Role: Writer, Brand Strategist, Researcher


We all know Booking.com. They have those cheeky commercials, and we've probably used their site to book a flight or hotel.

Booking wanted to use that brand equity to compete with Spotify and Netflix for top tech talent in an already competitive field.

My team sourced and interviewed people around the world to create personas and user journeys. I used that data to create the wireframes that eventually became their new careers website.
